The restaurant has indoor dining as well outdoor seating for all customers.
Seven G Consulting has led all aspects of Project Management, Sourcing, Procurement and start up of the Operation for this venue. We also manage all product and food & beverage ordering, billing, payroll and P&L management.

Elsie Rooftop

Sitting on top of the 25th floor of one of Midtown & Broadway’s Iconic buildings, Elsie Rooftop offers a year round indoor and outdoor experience for corporate clients and individual guests. With magnificent views of Broadway, Times Square, East Side of Manhattan and the Empire State Building, there is a spectacular view for every taste.
Seven G Consulting led all Project Management activities related to the construction of the Rooftop including procurement of furniture, lighting, equipment for the kitchen and bar. As demand increased we led the expansion of the Broadway Terrace, Garden Terrace and Empire Terrace, which are year round enclosures.
Managed and procured all aspects of the expansion and construction of the outdoor enclosed structures to ensure maximum use of the venue.
Procured, Sourced and manufactured all furniture for the expansion of the Rooftop.

Sophisticated speakeasy lounge located in NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan. This compelling entertainment space is evocative of the roaring style of the 1920s. Every element is designed and sourced with an eye to exact and specific detail, maximizing the experience and exceeding the clients’ dreams.
From the banquettes, tables and lighting, to the special finishes on the walls, all aspects were sourced and executed with the partnership of designers and contractors of the highest caliber.
Lighting, doors, restrooms and all aspects of the venue were procured and sourced to the highest quality and on budget.
Glass Ceiling Events - 1204 Broadway Rooftop
State of the art, private glass enclosed entertainment event space in the heart of New York City.
Led and facilitated all aspects of project management among owners, architects, contractors, expediters, suppliers, NYC Department of Buildings and related agencies. Negotiated contracts and led management of budgets and timelines. Sourced all materials and furniture for the venue.
