Founder & Co-owner of Seven G Consulting LLC, Ivan previously spent 30 years of his career with Avon Products, Inc., leading and transforming Supply Chain organizations in the US, Latin America, Europe and Asia.  With proven expertise in Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Project Management, Vendor Management, Contract negotiations and Product & Package Development, Ivan has traveled to over 40 countries, sharing his Supply Chain experience and Sourcing & Developing products from all over the world. During his years working at Avon, Ivan also led multiple strategic transformation initiatives working together with top Management Consulting Firms (A.T. Kearney, Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey & Co., Booz Allen and Ernest & Young).

Since 2017, Ivan has focused his efforts on the investment and management of businesses in the Hospitality and Food & Beverage Industry.  He has been directly responsible for project management, procurement, budgets, contracts, NYC permit compliance and construction activities for new developments in the NOMAD district of NYC.  Businesses include: Woodpecker by David Burke, Elsie Rooftop, Glass Ceiling Events and Jewel Thief.  Ivan has utilized his Sourcing and Project Management experience to lead and develop these businesses from the ideation stage to full sales operations.   

Ivan is a hands on Executive with highly developed negotiation skills and experience driving clear and accountable performance metrics for self, large teams and throughout all levels of organizations.  Ivan has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of  Puerto Rico.

COO and Co-owner of Seven G Consulting LLC, Deirdre has over 30 years of experience at leading retailers such as Bergdorf Goodman, Avon Products, Martha Stewart Omnimedia, Ralph Lauren and TransformCo: Sears & Kmart.  In her career, Deirdre has led multi-dimensional businesses for all aspects of Home, Apparel, Beauty and Accessories.  Deirdre is regarded as an inspirational leader, strong in communication with a record of success creating and leading major strategic direction including Merchandising, Buying, Planning and Marketing on Direct-To –Consumer channels for retail stores, digital space and direct mail. Deirdre’s character and approach allows for strong collaboration across all key business functions such as Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and HR.  Deirdre studied Classics at Columbia University in New York. Aside from her career, Deirdre enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and shopping for fun finds.
